The cottage rents from mid-May to mid-October as there is no heat other than the fireplace and a space heater. We recommend reserving as early as possible to make sure you get the week you want.
This cottage used to be part of the ChezSven Bed & Breakfast which is now closed. (Alexandra and Sven no longer manage reservations.)
Weeks go Sunday (check-in after 3PM) to Sunday (check-out by 11AM.)
WHITE weeks are $1500/week.
BLUE weeks are $2625/week.
RED weeks are not available.

If we have not received your payment, or if you do not have a confirmation email from ChezSvenWellfleet@gmail.com or VRBO/AirBnB, then you are not reserved.

Cancellation Policy When You Reserve Directly Through Us:
6 months: full refund
4 months: 90% refund
2 months: 50% refund
1 month: 10% refund
No refund for cancellations within the month of visit.
Rescheduling Policy:
We will do our best to reschedule your stay to another week, as available.
From non-peak week to peak week:
additional payment required.
From peak to non-peak week:
6 months: full refund of price difference
4 months: cancellation policy 90% refund applies
Rescheduling within 4 months: no refund.
